Do I need to be there?
No. We can walk the property, send you a written quote and photos, and you can approve and pay from anywhere.
There are tenants living there. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Just let your tenants know when we're coming so they can move cars and pets out of the way.
The property has more than one owner. Who signs?
The person hiring us signs the estimate and pays the deposit. If other owners are involved, it's best to make sure everyone agrees before work starts.
How is cleanup priced?
By the job. After we see the property, you get a written price based on how overgrown it is, how much debris there is, and access. A 50% deposit schedules the work, and the rest is due when it's done.
